2. Data We Collect

When you create an account or place an order we collect: name, email address, postal address, phone number (optional), and payment details (processed by third-party providers — we never store card numbers). We also collect IP addresses, browser type, and usage data via cookies.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

Your data is processed to fulfil orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), comply with legal obligations such as tax records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and — with your consent — send marketing emails (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with necessary service providers: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), shipping carriers (DHL), and our e-commerce platform. We do not sell your data. All processors are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

5. Retention

Order and invoice data is retained for 10 years as required by German tax law. Account data is deleted upon request unless legal retention obligations apply.

6. Your Rights
