1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through hobbymart.eu. By placing an order you agree to these terms. The contract is concluded with Froeschke Trade GmbH (see Legal Notice).

2. Orders & Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject orders, for example if an item is no longer available at the listed price.

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are reservations for items not yet in stock. You are charged at the time of order. Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and may change. You may cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna. Payment is due at time of order.

5. Shipping

Delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, inform us by email before the deadline. You bear return shipping costs unless the item was defective.

7. Warranty

We provide statutory warranty rights. If an item arrives defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Normal wear and damage caused by the buyer are not covered.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to intentional misconduct and gross negligence, except for personal injury. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by manufacturers, carriers, or force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product names, and images belong to their respective owners. Use of our website content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply. Disputes may be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
